Ilyushin Il-2 Sturmovik

The Ilyushin Il-2 Sturmovik became a symbol of the Soviet Air Force. As a heavily armored ground attack aircraft, the Sturmoviks inflicted heavy casualties on the Wehrmacht. More than 36000 of these attack aircraft were produced.
